PRIVACY POLICY:

Big Bear Hobbies & Collectibles does not sell, loan or transfer any information regarding our customers to any third parties.  Any information you give us is kept in strict confidence.  Information collected on our website is used only by Big Bear Hobbies & Collectibles.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

Orders are usually shipped withing 3-4 business days from time of order.  If an item is back ordered, you will be notified by email.  Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, and transit time is typically 2-3 business days. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We ship via USPS.  First item is $11.00 and each additional item is $2.00 per item.

We do not ship to Asian countries under no circumstances.

We do ship to Austrailia and Canada, but we do ask that you please call or email to place orders. We ask this since the shipping is so much higher and that our website doesnt calculate international shipping. If you place an order on our website it will not be shipped until the proper shipping amount has been collected.

DAMAGED ORDERS:

• Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
• If possible, please email a picture of the damage to determine if the order was damaged during shipping or if it appears to be a manufacturing defect.
• Please email or call to discuss options and replacement.

  RETURNS:

  All items may be returned for any reason EXCEPT specially ordered items.

1. All items must be returned in MINT condition and in their original package and free of any damage, marks or alterations.
2. A copy of your original invoice must be included in the return packaging.
3. Returns of $150.00 or more must have prior approval before return and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4. Buyer must pay shipping for all returns.
5. If a credit card was used for purchase, your credit card will be credited.  If a check or money order was used, a refund check will be issued or store credit can be applied.
